Equipments included:

• Printed personalized backlit canvas (2 partitions maximum).
• Suspended backlit ID sign board on circle of 2.50m of diameter and 50cm of height, skylighting.
• Lockable 1sqm storage room, with coatrail and shelves.
• Choice between 3 colours of carpet.

For your preparation comfort, please make sure that you stick to the schedule you have been given, and that the desired layout options (order, signage files) comply with your request. In the event of additional modifications or exceeding the deadlines communicated, charges will be invoiced according to the scale below:

• exceeding the number of modifications before going into production: €100.00 excl. tax per modification index,
• failure to meet deadlines for delivery/validation of drawings and/or signage: €250.00 excl. tax (see organizers' GCS),
• order outside deadlines: 20% surcharge on the order amount excluding VAT,
• modification after production launch (plan, signage): unit price of modified item + 20%.
